Meyers Motors once again hosted a Sanitary Pad and Toiletry collection for Keep a girl in school. This year, we have a new organisation on board as well that collects toiletries for underprivileged women and children called Igwiba Lesizwe. 

All Sanitary Pad’s were distributed by the Meyers Motors team in conjunction with Dinika Rooy from KEEP A GIRL IN SCHOOL.    Our drive concluded at the end of May and Delivery took place to the below schools on Thursday, 15^th June 2023.

• Mbulelo Public School
• Parkside Primary School
• Pefferville Primary School
• Aswell as Masithethe Counselling Services who reached out to us the week before desperately requesting some sanitary pads for their outreach.

Once again, we thank you for assisting us with our 3^rd edition of this valuable initiative. It is such a small gesture that certainly plays a big part in ‘Keeping Girls In School’ – and we look forward to driving education within our community.   Here’s to a positive change in our community. 

Please note that all TOILETRIES will be distributed end of July within the Mthatha area in conjunction with Nelson Mandela Day as schools are now offically on holiday.
