Because choosing a pick-up means you are looking for versatility, the new PEUGEOT LANDTREK offers you comfortable driving anywhere, at any time and in any weather:
The GoodYear Wrangler All terrain Adventure tyres (M+S) can handle all types of on-road scenarios and are naturally suited to all type of terrain.
The vehicle features a full-size spare wheel and a variety of protections: panel under the engine, swept-back headlamps, front and rear mud flaps, and more.
For four-wheel models, the front transmission is activated via a dedicated knob to transmit part of the power to the front axle. This allows the driver if needed to select either four-wheel drive normal 4H (4 high speed), or 4L mode (4 Low speed) with close-ratio gears. This latter mode increases torque at reduced speeds to drive on rough terrain with low grip or negotiate steep slopes.
Lastly, the rear differential is equipped with the eLocker mechanical system with automatic disengagement, which provides increased traction when a wheel skids.
